Lucas Zehnder

Lucas has worked in recruiting since 2005, and since 2012 as a 360-degree consultant in direct contact with both companies and candidates - he has seen every side of the table.

He holds an MSc in Social Psychology from the University of Zürich (2011), which shapes how he reads people, motivation and fit. He joined Rockstar Recruiting in August 2020 and is now a Partner.

Outside work, he's deep into music - especially guitars - and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.
