Dr. sc. Klaus L. Fuchs
Co-founder & CTO
Klaus co-founded Rockstar Recruiting in 2016 and has been re-inventing tech recruiting ever since. He holds a doctorate (Dr. sc. ETH Zürich) and is affiliated with the ETH AI Center, where research and industry meet - exactly the seam Rockstar operates on.
At the ETH AI Center he stays close to the frontier of applied AI: large models, computer vision and the agentic systems that now power Rockstar's own sourcing, screening and outreach. He builds the AI tooling behind the firm - the army of agents that augments the human recruiters.
With affiliations at both ETH Zürich and the University of St. Gallen, Klaus understands the opportunities that open up when deep research and real industry pull in the same direction - and he hires for exactly that combination.
