Justus Spengler

Justus founded Rockstar Recruiting in 2016 and has led it ever since. A psychologist by training (University of Zürich), he built the firm on a simple conviction: the best technologists aren't incrementally better, they're exponentially better - and finding them is a craft, not a numbers game.

He has built European engineering hubs from scratch for companies like Magic Leap, Niantic and SoFi, and today focuses on executive mandates, leadership and the partnerships that keep Rockstar close to the people who move deep tech.

Rockstar concentrates where the hard problems are - data science, AI, computer vision, blockchain and software engineering - with deep ties to ETH, its alumni network and spin-offs.
