The Hashgraph Foundation - the ecosystem body behind a major public web3 network - was expanding internationally and needed a Country Director to establish a local presence, grow the developer and enterprise ecosystem, build partnerships and represent the foundation to builders, institutions and regulators.
The role demanded a rare combination: genuine web3 fluency, operational leadership to stand up a region from scratch, and a strong network across the local technology and policy landscape - someone credible to founders, enterprises and authorities alike.
